Subscription Terms

Last updated: 31 July 2026

Working draft. TaskForce is pre-launch. This document is provided for transparency and is pending final legal review — it is not yet a binding agreement. Questions? hello@taskforce.dev

These Subscription Terms cover paid TaskForce plans, and complement our Terms of Service. They are written for business customers. Placeholders in [brackets] mark details we'll confirm before launch.

Plans & pricing

Plans, limits and what's included are described on the pricing page. Prices are shown excluding VAT and in euros (EUR); applicable taxes are added at checkout. (Prices are indicative until launch.)

AI usage

AI features are metered by consumption (tokens) across the plans that include them. Where you run local models, that usage stays on your own infrastructure. Overage and fair-use limits are described on the pricing page.

Billing & renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment provider.
  • Unless cancelled, a subscription renews automatically for the same period.
  • Per-seat plans are billed for the seats in use; adding seats is prorated.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Right of withdrawal

Business customers generally do not benefit from the consumer 14-day right of withdrawal. Where a subscriber qualifies as a consumer, the statutory withdrawal right applies as required by law.

Changes, suspension & termination

We may change plan pricing or contents with reasonable notice, effective at your next renewal. We may suspend or terminate a subscription for non-payment or a material breach of the Terms of Service. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period — see the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
