Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 July 2026
Working draft. TaskForce is pre-launch. This document is provided for transparency and is pending final legal review — it is not yet a binding agreement. Questions? hello@taskforce.dev
These terms govern your use of TaskForce (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the
Service, you agree to them. Placeholders in [brackets] mark details we'll confirm
before launch.
The service
TaskForce is a governed delivery platform. Parts of it are Live, others are Beta or Planned, and we label which is which. Because the product is evolving, we provide it on an “as available” basis and may change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice for material changes.
Your account
You're responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for the activity of users you invite. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service in compliance with applicable law.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, or infringing.
- Don't attempt to breach security, disrupt the Service, or access data that isn't yours.
- Don't reverse engineer or resell the Service except as the law expressly permits.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you bring to or create in TaskForce. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it in order to provide the Service. We claim no ownership over your work.
AI outputs
TaskForce uses AI to draft specs, propose approaches and prepare actions. These are proposals, not decisions. AI can be confidently wrong; a human reviews and approves before anything moves forward. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for what you choose to ship. See AI transparency.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Prices, limits and AI-usage metering are described on the pricing page (prices are indicative until launch). Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our liability is limited [limitation of liability — to be set by counsel]. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, and disputes are subject to the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
